What Are SS 304 & 304L Round Bars?
SS 304 is the most commonly used stainless steel grade due to its excellent corrosion resistance, formability, and strength. SS 304L is the low-carbon variant, specifically developed to improve weldability and eliminate the risk of intergranular corrosion after welding or heat exposure.
Both grades provide durable performance in ambient and moderately aggressive environments, and are suited for both structural and hygienic applications.
